"Give It Up" and "Everybody Work" are from the 1985 World Tour and according to the liner notes, have never been previously released in a digital format.

"In the Fifties and Sixties Larry dreamed of liberating Christians who felt trapped inside the church and also providing a cultural doorway to allow those who felt dismissed and isolated by Christianity to find their way into fellowship with Christ regardless of the church's response toward them. He was seen as an unredeemed rebel because his songs asked questions that the church was not ready to answer. He put the church on trial by demanding that they feed the poor and go into the streets to witness and minister to the prostitutes, homosexuals, runaways and street people living and working all around them or to stop calling themselves Christians. Despite Larry's reputation as a non-believer leading thousands of young people into Hell, these songs have stood the test of time and their Biblical foundation, lyrically, is more easily visible years later." - from the liner notes.
